No Service after sell. Please do not buy else you will not get any service.
It is extremely disappointing to experience such poor service from a reputed and trusted brand like Crompton.
Despite raising a complaint and following up multiple times, there has been no resolution provided till date. One of your service representatives visited on 15th May and informed me that the issue was due to a faulty VLC plate, and assured that the part would be replaced within 34 working days. It has now been more than a week, and not only has the problem not been resolved, but the representative has also stopped responding to calls and messages.
Furthermore, when I contacted your customer care team, I was merely asked to send an email, and in return, I was provided with just an escalation reference numberwithout any further communication or action.
This lack of response and accountability is completely unacceptable. I trusted Crompton for the quality of its products and after-sales service, but this experience has been extremely frustrating and has seriously shaken my confidence in the brand.
