I bought this product from consumex electronic sale in allahabad for Rs10000. The look of the cooler is fine but the functioning is bad.
When I received the product the water pump was not working. I opened the panels of the cooler I found that the pipe that carries the water was missing. When I visited the shop from which I bought this product, he told me that nothing could be done about it and I have to purchase a pipe myself .
The grass pad of the cooler is of a paper like material which they call honeycomb pad. The cooling effect of this pad is very bad and it has a bad smell.
The after sales service of the the product is bad, so I would recommend a kenstar or a symphony cooler instead of crompton.
