I have total of four crompton brand fan in my house, this model have have purchased 6 months back from a local shop.talking about the look Its a decent looking fan nothing fancy, the blade size which got was 42 inch.
The rotation of the fan was good and very fast and there is no sound, I faced 2 issue that that was a basic issue which I will like to share
1) after 2-3 month the fan started making sound at when it used to spin I made a complain in the customer care and the repair engg visited us the next day he checked the fan and the problem was resolve when I asked him what was he issue he said an inter screw was gotten lose so the sound was coming, after a month again the same sound stared coming so I made a complain again this time some other guy visited us and he open the fan and changed that part, and the problem was resolved it been 3-4 months the problem didn’t came again.
2) the Regulator you use for the fan do not use a china quality becoz it may stop regulating at low speed go for anchor or some branded regulator becoz crompton often do not support local brand regulator
If you are planning just go for it service is very good even if you face a problem it will be resolved very quickly
