I bought this fan few months back and had very good experience till now.
I found that the cooling and airflow was better than the fan which I had in my house.
NO noise during running and airflow at the room corners are better.
Service support, I have not faced any issue. so, I cannot explain this.
Till now, the life and quality of fan is good.
Cost for this fan is competitive.
