My MOM is a big fan of crompton greaves company and he says that few years ago crompton was one of the best companies when it came to making home appliances. We have been using this food processor since past 4-5 years and till now this food processor hasn’t given major problems.
I agree that there were some minor problems but it was easily fixed.This processor is easy to use and if you find difficulty while using then refer the manual guide that comes along.Its running since 5 years and that itself speaks of its durability.
The food processor and all the blades are easy to clean.Style and design too is good! Its white so the cleaning has to be done regularly.Till the warranty nothing happened to this processor and once we faced any problem we contacted our known technician.The cost also was quite affordable.We haven’t faced any major issues so we didn’t need post sales service. I was thinking of renewing the warranty by paying extra but I decided against it and it has worked in my favor. Go blindly for crompton products.
