Hi guys. This is Navin and now I am going to share my experiences about an induction fom the Cromton Greaves. As I am much brand loyal so I always prefer brands instead to purchase non-brands. As I purchsed it about a months ago from a Crompton Showroom in my city. As I was confident about the product but it was somewhat non-performer as per my expectation. Firstly let’s have a look about the induction. This black coloured induction is available with 230V AC-50Hz Rating, 1500 W Wattage, model number ESS2-OKSEM-10348, waight approx 2.5 to 3 Kg and with 2 years manufacturer warranty. Some features are as follows-
1- Crystal Glasd Plate
2- Digital Led Display
3- Seven ( 7) Cooking Menus
4- Pre Set Timer
Although this induction is only just ok but not quite satisfactory. So a home which have a regular and heavy use of induction cant not satisfy with this induction. Here are my experiences which I feel while using this.
1- As its heating capacity is not up to the mark. It is taking too much time to boil eggs abd water. If you set the 5 minute timer for boiling, it is failed to accomplish the task. On the others hand many of the inductions like from Havells, Prestige, Bajaj, Philips etc are much capable than this.
2- A bug problem which I faced while using this, was its display. As it have digital led display but still it is not so visible. There are several buttons which make confusion that which button you goona press. So as per my view, this is not as much user friendly as it should be. All the electronic and kitchen appliances must be user friendly.
3- Its glass plate is not quite string. Because as I pressed it hard, I feel a slight flexibility in the surface. This is not acceptable for an induction because it has to bear heavy weight of different different pots.
4- Again a big problem, it consume more power as compare to other brands. So Crompton must work on these problems. Otherwise it loose its loyal customers. Rate and comment if you can. Your comments will help me.
