I bought Crompton and Greaves 25 L geyser and its storage tank was leaking since day one..The leakage caused the entire household circuit to trip several times and thus posing a threat of fire in the house through electrical wiring...
I believe these people do not test the equipment for quality before supplying it in the market...selling such untested pieces can risk the customers’ lives. But I guess C & G is least bothered...
The customer service is pathetic...once the piece is sold they are least bothered about the customers’ grievances....they will not attend to you properly and will make your life hell! Highly irresponsible and irritating customer service. No value for time and money. Please do not buy these geysers!!
Moreover, I bought this geyser from a reliance digital shop and these guys r even more irresponsible. They don’t take any responsibility whatsoever and do not help in any sort of service or complaint and leave you on the mercy of the dealers who supplied the geyser to you.
