Crompton Greaves is a very popper company making a very good electronic or electrical products.
I bought this CG Air Cooler, for me. The product is not bad, Al thought in my cooler the water connection of pump was not done properly, so when I started or power on a cooler, the water was not coming on cooling pad or water pump not working properly. To rectify the issue. Seller should have done proper Quality check before buying the product. Any way it was not a big issue., I call a CG technician I would have to wait for 2-3 days technician to visit my home. Its a bad service for me
Other problems, Motor is not very powerful neither very slow working.
Superb design, look is good, but does not feel robust. Built quality is not very strong.
