Iam Suhail EA. Iam going to review Crompton greaves Windstar farrata fan. I have bought this fan from E-shop at kodungallur. I bought this fan for my house. I expected to buy a table fan at lower price range. That is the reason behind the purchasing of this fan. The exact date of purchasing is on 2nd January 2020. It’s a High speed fan. So I like this fan for 4 months. Because it worked without compliants for 4 months. After 4 months it make a noise while tuirn on. It’s a irritating noise. I can’t even sleep at night with this noise. I can’t bear its noise at night. So I contacted the customer care service centre for a mechanic. They said to bring a mechanic. But even after one month no one come for check the fan. I totally disappointed about this fan. Then I checked this fan at a local mechanic shop and repaired successfully . I think the fan is good but the customer care service centre is very bad. I didn’t recommend anyone to buy this fan. Thank you.
