I recently received a Crompton air cooler, but the cooling function isnt working it seems the water pump is faulty. I raised a service complaint twice, but both times it was cancelled without any valid reason. The standard excuses given were either "invoice not available" or "customer not picking up calls, " which is simply false. In reality, I tried contacting the technician multiple times with no response, and even before they attempted to reach out, I was the one actively calling.
Im extremely disappointed with the service provided by Crompton and its partner, VS Electricals. This entire experience has been frustrating and a complete waste of time. I used to have a great deal of respect for the Crompton brand, but this incident has completely changed my perception.
My sincere advice to others: think twice before choosing Crompton. There are other brands out there that actually stand by their products and provide real customer support.
