The Electric Water Heater from Crompton is an Unfriendly device. The temperature controling know do not work properly and the automatic shut off also sometimes does not work.
The outer cover which is made of fabric is very delicate and it broke down within few weeks and I couldn’t claim warranty as it remains only for inner tank.
The design of the product is ordinary and no one ever noticed it. Style quotient is zero.
One thing I like about it is that it is very handy as it is lightweight and can be easily mounted.
Overall the product remains below average.
There is absolutely no service from the dealer as I had to mount it myself also the support staff never answer to any of my queries.
