We took the crossroads car road assistance PAN India service a day before from Bangalore.Today we wanted to use it but when we called their customer service even after 5 hours on service has been provided that too in such a big city like Bangalore in afternoon they are not able to provide the service on a weekday.God knows what service they will provide in highways and if required in evening or night time.In a day we have understood that our money has gone in drain.Please do not trust these guys and don’t take their road assistance service.
