I am member of crossroads car helpline from last 5 years and taking its services in regular intervals. Crossroads is favorite for me because it covers all the Delhi NCR areas where all other helpline service providers can’t send their service vehicles.
All other are afraid to come in local areas of NCR region (Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Greater Noida) but with crossroads I haven’t hear anything negative for these locations even in mid-night. I am taking their services in Ghaziabad location and all my friends are changing their membership from others to crossroads.
Though some time service vehicles came late to me but overall they solve the problems, also the towing charges are very affordable then others. Although crossroads is a good car helpline in Delhi & NCR region.
