I filed a complaint(No. 406698) with Crossroad at 10:44 am. Told them this is an emergency situation. Its almost 2 hours my car is standing broken in the middle of a super busy road. No sign or call from any mechanic yet. Tried Crossroad 8 times after that, they just don’t pick. The phone keeps ringing and then disconnects automatically. Complete harassment in the middle of the road not only to me but to other cars. Otherwise get spam call from Crossroad 5 times a day at least.
