I used to buy of my useful books from landmark as I found their collection better but now I must say unequivocally that Crossword Ahmedabad is the big daddy of book stores in Ahmedabad as they have ensured that their collection has more range and depth than their competitors in the city. Whereas Landmark Ahmedabad has halved the size of its store at Iscon Mega Mall and is nowadays selling books which are widely available at any railway book stall Crossword has tried to compete with online boostores by tying up with publishers like Constable and robinson of UK whose exclusive titles you can find in the store.I wonder what has happened to the fabled TATA mangement people who own Landmark and who really got scared by online bookstores so that now they have devoted half the store to selling garments and apparel.
