Please don’t do online purchases from Crossword . They don’t ship the right product and then don’t bother to even revert back when you write them an email about the same. You can keep chasing the call center but the executives are so pathetic that they even cannot find your order when given the order number. I don’t know even whether the return will happen and refund processed.
This has been my worst online shopping experience.
