I ordered a book from Crossword as it was not available in the particular store I went, but it was available in Malad store. So I filled up the order form and they assured a delivery with in 7 days. On the 5th day I got a call from them and they confirmed the delivery on the next day. But unfortunately I did not receive it till the 10th day when I cancelled the order. Their customer service is very poor and most of the time they don’t pick up the phone. They could not even track the order and gave me the no. of the courier. I chased the courier and had the shock to know that Crossword had not handed over the material to them.
You may go to their shops and purchase books, but never place an order with them if you really want to get the item.
