I have been a frequent visitor of crossword as it is quite close to my home. Just 2 Kms !! Well Crossword has quite a good collection of titles especially those of fiction and non-fiction. Though it boasts of having academic books too but I found only the famous ones that too merely in number.
Crossword also has music and movie CDs/DVDs. You can check these but it never comes with any great offers like the Planet M... So buying CDs/DVDs here becomes too costly. Also it doesn’t have great collection.
But if you are looking for kids books or kids CDs, then you are at the right place. Also you can get many travel related books here. Crossword announces sale at definite intervals in a year and so it makes a fairly cheap deal that time.
Besides I found the customer service there quite helpful as they will help you get the book you are looking for from other places in two-three days. You just have to give them your cell number. Moreover you can directly ask the customer service center whether a particular book is available or not unlike other places where you have to go on for searching.
