well now isn’t it interesting how much hype can surround something so mediocre (Blair Witch Project). Although I did enjoy the somewhat...er...unconventional martial arts, the plot could’ve been a bit stronger. Admittedly I did like the movie, it kept me interested, but it was a little disappointing... especially with all the publicity. I walked in the theatre very enthusiastic and walked out slightly disgruntled. The acting was suprisingly good, especially since it was a martial arts film, and the SFX were great. I don’t think the film should be completely written off, it did have positive attributes to compensate where it lacked... so I still recommend it to the little martial arts lover in all of us.
