It costed me around 10K to get around the company promotional tag - "Made for India" which meant it is on low indian standards - would would not work well, would have cheap quality and on top of it would have poor customer service.
I have been a long user of Air purifiers and when my lost one broke down, I thought of trying this well promoted product. To my disappointment, there is no noticeable change in the air quality. I complained and here are some reasons the technicians gave:-
The room is big(BTW it is smaller than mentioned on unit)
You cannot open any door when in operation, else it starts again.
Technician had no tools to compare air quality and kept showing me dust on filters which, according to him, was a big proof of it working. Any exhaust would pull in some dust and I do not believe is a sign of Air purification, may be air cleaning.
I was suggested to go for a bigger version if was so finicky on quality.
I do not feel that it is worth the price investment. The air quality was better with a 6K Bonaire tower air purifiers. I had requested for my return on Amazon and company apparently is stiff.
