This is related to our worst experience with Cryo Bank International which is a stem cell banking unit in India.
We registered for New of stem cell banking by paying Rs.12, 000 initially, as discussed with sales executive with Hemalatha Dixit taken check with current date but check will deposit on next month of 10th but without intimation they deposited the bank and amount got deducted from my account.
Now they are not response on my query and Mangaer Nilesh who is responsible in the office of Bangalore.
They are not able to refund the amount that we paid and how can be believe in them that our baby’s stem cell will be used in time when required in future.
It is shame to say that such a big organization does not have any process.
These organizations are very keen in collecting the money but rather completely fail to serve their customers. Shame of them.
