I have opted for CryoBanks for my child. I have noticed that they have sent me some other customer’s SEPAX certificate. The SEPAX certificate that I had received is in the name of Soumya( wrong name) . I have raised a complaint on 10 May 2015 for requesting correct SEPAX certificate. The resolution was promised in 5-7 working days. But even to this day, I have not received the document.
I have made several calls to the following persons . 9953591172 - Upasana - Called her on 25th May and she said that the document will be delivered soon. 9966659000 - Vijay/Sampath - This guy says that their representatives are very busy and they did not get the time for delivery of the document.
Its very unfortunate that I have opted for Cryo Banks. They don’t even care to send the correct documents and that too after making so many requests.
I also feel bad for the people whom I have referred to Cryo Banks.
