CSC India has the worst recruitment process. They have this tendency to give you an indication that you are selected then they never call you. HR team is useless they are run by a set of technical people who have no knowledge of the procedures. The aptitude test is full of nonsense after a grilling telephonic interview again you will be called for a technical test and interview after 1-2 months where you have to wait for 5 hours for a chance. Then 2 cartoons will come and ask all irrelevant high profile technical questions to a fresher and will put you in trouble. These cheats will tell you that you are almost through and we will call you in the evening. Evenings will keep coming but their evening will never ever come. company has a pathetic work culture with all people with a very bad attitude and no manners to speak.
HR and technical people are a bunch of fools fit for nothing, There are even news doing the rounds that they don’t know how to manage clients and are very poor in responding to client needs. so please be careful while going here for an interview and don’t get carried away.
