I am associated with CSC India(Noida) from last 1.8 year and this is my first experience to work in a product based company, before it I was attached with service based company CTS. Till now my experience is very good in CSC as I love the environment and work culture too much. I would like to mention the positive and negative points separately.
Pros:-
No work pressure
Great work life balance
Time flexibility
Less but Quality work
Very Very helpful people and leads
Fortune 500 company
Cons:-
Minimum salary hike
No variable allotment on 3 and 4 ratings, even 1 and 2 raters got 50% variable
On global level company performance is not good
No career growth in monetary terms.
The best thing I felt is the people. Everyone have less workload which makes them eligible to spent more time together as team which result with good employee relations. It helps at the time we need support in our work everyone helps out of the way, this is very old culture over here.Overall it is one of the dream company to work with. Take a smart package while joining and learn a lot in your CSC tenure.
