I watch the Jason Bourne series then get obssessed with the Bourne series, how crime and sabatoge ruines one man and his loved ones. I am a great fan of Jason Bourne.
Then I go watch Vantage point and find out how well organized international terrorists are. Impressed me. And coming for find Mathew Fox who starred in LOST series to be a double agent in Vantage points hurts me. Oh gosh, how can your heroes be potraid as villians?
. then Iron Man, Incredible Hulk, Transformers, 10000 BC man. so many movies which are so ultimate thrilling. but a TV series. do I have the patience to wait and watch what happens week after week.
Ah. here when it comes to CSI, CSI NY and CSI Miami. You know that they are going to find someone dead and determine the cause of it and in the end come to find the killer. But is that it?
Lets start with Grissom in CSI Las Vegas, Night shift team supervisor known to me a tough and weird character who always go by the book. It took six seasons for the love affair with Sara Sidle to come to light. And just before he could marry her, she left CSI for good. For someone who has been watching this episode season after season, year after year, you get emotionaly attached to the character and their work. This is not pure fiction. We are talking about real science her. There is lots to learn from CSI. It has been claimed in New York Times that the jury in US demands more evidence after the release of CSI TV series. Isnt that amazing.?
Well Grissom although renewed his ninth season contract, he is all set to leave the CSI show all together, most probably because he could not take Sara Sidle quit CSI for good. You should also know that Grissom’s character is closely associated to a real life Crime investigator Daniel Holstein.
Most of the crimes that are showed in CSI Las Vegas are crime of Passion, linked with Money laundering, crime of desperation(sex), and casinos. Very thrilling and above all you have a story line in every episode. something that will keep you guessing till the end of the season.
Next. I would like to talk about CSI Miami. my favourite amongst all CSI series.
Do you know what I like about CSI the most?. the crimes are so realistic geographically. If CSI Las Vegas is about Crime of Passion. CSI Miami is all about weapons and drugs. Trafficking, woman trafficking, drug crimes, gang crimes and a lot of link to the Cuban and Latin America. Doesnt that interest you so much, because it is very true that Miami is in Florida and the state of Florida has a lot of headache tackling Drug trafficking and Sex Trafficking which includes Weapons, terrorists and crime at sea. Thats because Florida is close to Cuba and they have a link with Latin America.
Oh How I love the title song. "Dont Get fooled again". I love to take a guitar and scream it all out by myself.
Just like in Las Vegas here in CSI Miami it is Lieutanant Horatio Caine. well know as "H". yes just the letter "H". An amazing character he is, completly different from Grissom, I feel I have a connection with "H", he is so passionate about solving crime and protects his team at all cost. He will put his life in for his team, his mother killed his father, his mentor was killed in a bomb explosion and his wife was murdered by the very man he was investigating. Now that is a lot for a human being to take, and I believe that is what keeps him going, the promise to himself that what happened to him should not happen to his fellew Miami citizens. Horatio never makes eye contact when he speaks, and if he does, that means either you are in trouble or you have his attention or care. His one sentence dialogs bring shivers and goosebums to criminals. he deals with top notch criminals like Judges, Politicians and Military personnels. CSI Miami is one of the most thrilling and adventerous episodes amonst all CSI series. The most successful too. Horatio has seen two of his collegues killed, Time Speede who was killed and Eric Delko who was shot in the neck but survived. Eric Delkos sister Marisol Delko was Horatio’s wife who was also killed. Horatio has also witnessed his brother Ray being murdered by Latin american Drug cartels. Raymond was an undercover Drug cop. Ray’s wife Elina Selas was also a CSI who quit after her husband was killed.
I would say for a man, so much of loss is too much to take, it hits you so hard emotionally to see this episode, and you learn to see how patient a man can be after having gone through such disasterous loses in life. Unfortunately Horatio is shot and left to die suspected by his own CSI Ryan Wolfe. It is not known about the fate of Horatio and I will have to wait for the next season to start. I just CAN’T wait.!
And not to mention. CSI Miami is the most glamourous series which recieved a lot of critisism one exposure of sex and women in series. A lot of beaches and hot babes with bodies you would dream of. man.! CSI Miami also has 2 HOT CSI agents Calleigh Duquesne and Boa Vista. Horatio’s wife not to mention again was also one of the hottest chick in Miami.
The last, CSI New York or CSI: NY. Known for its brutal murders just like City Newyork. Most of the murders are quite brutal, bloody and merciless. It is said that the bluish tint they have given to the series is to bring the darker image of city New york and makes you very scary.
Well. CSI NY even if New york was mostly shot at Los Angeles because it was cheaper to produce there. The main Character Mac Taylor just like Grissom in CSI Las Vegas and Horatio in CSI Miami is one of the best actor in Hollywook. Gary Sinse is his real name. His wife died in 9/11 attacks and Mac Taylor vowed to fight for Justice. He has a son that he is not aware of existence after until after season 4. He served in the Military in 1983 and bears a scar on his chest during combat. He had an affair with Dr. Peyton Driscoll who later left for London. Mac Taylor is a very emotional man, but he never shows it now. His fellow CSI Stella who is very close to Mac tries to bring out the emotions within Mac which she could not at many times and is very frustrating.
CSI NY is all about crime of hatred and crimes related to Terrorists and drugs. I love the character Danny Messer and the way he speak english.
I should say that I have only written about characters that amused me. But you have to watch this TV series and tell me what you feel about the episodes. I’d say, if you like crime novels, you must watch these series.
