I have installed Cuckoo product in April 2025, in 4 months I did 4 services due to issues with product every month. There is no proper service department and the people who felt like responsible they will be in out of station every day. I don’t see Cuckoo itself a good product based and and worst services ever seen in India. Entire apartment uninstalled Cuckoo products, totally waste of money and waste of time if you bring product to your home.
