I registered for my child for a teacher who is staying in my apartment for which appointment is fixed. To my surprise when I called her just before going to meet her, she wasn’t even aware of it.
I called up customer care and someone told that she will get back but no response, after follow up someone else again told the same. Getting fed up with attitude of the customer care, I called up for 3rd time and this time they were very arrogant to disconnect my call upon questioning.
Very unprofessional company, how can we expect a competent teacher and behavior.
I am sure others would have also had similar experience but didn’t opt to come out in open.
