Cuemath Marketing people contacted us, somehow they got our cellphone number, we were also looking for online classes for our son, then we contacted few people for reviews and 1 of them gave a good one, so we enrolled our son for Math and coding classes, I’ve never seen any organization who is not responding to queries/feedback/ or any communication from Parents side, there is customer cell or anyone who can resolve any issues/concerns whatsoever
We tried reaching out to people at least 15 of them to deliver our 2 concerns
Concern 1 with Math Teacher, she did not join on time ever, she cancles classes saying no power, no internet or some reasons and does not understand the students capacity, my son is in 3rd grade and can take up any challenges upto 5th grade Math, but she did not allow him to speak up in the class and was so quiet by giving easy ones like basic addition and subtraction to solve by himself. We tried talking to the teacher about this, but she never listened.
Concern 2: By mistake we referred one of our friend initially right after Demo and she enrolled her kid as well, so we contacted them for promised referral bonus, we never realized that this is the major spam, after all these, we know they are not good and reliable, so we wanted to cancel our enrollment, Trust me friends, here they stop. We contacted numerous people, they create a fake ticket# and did nothing, every time we write to different people the whole story for a refund and you fail. Finally you’ll feel this is another type of online scam. Stay away from Cuemath attaching all the screenshots of communications till now. If you read the messages, you’ll know how ignorant they’re, as soon as they get your money.
