Kindly please read till the end...


I just wanted to ask if I can get a refund of my money as a teacher with cuemath.


Please note in this pandemic situation someone joins you with great hope, arranging money is not easy, someone can lose life due to wrong comments and no results... Just to lead sales made fool of me


I am really not satisfied with your service and the way the things were planted in front of me.


Since the first day when I had a word with a sales person, I made it clear that I don’t have a social network and not many contacts so may need help on leads.


At that time she said yes don’t worry about it, leads will be provided.


After having financial problems I also paid 9k and started training, I said the same thing to my mentor/buddy, she said that no lead will be provided until I get first student.


I struggled a lot to get first students then contact the same sales person and mentor for help, nothing done. Sales stopped replying to me.


I got disappointed, then one day the sales person said that don’t worry cuemath is working to provide leads to new teachers, I again waited but all in waste.


After struggling a lot I registered with whitehatjr free of cost, cleared rounds and now I am earning with them just in 10 days... Great support, protocol and policy.


In this pandemic situation I know how I managed to pay you 9k. I have a small daughter till now I didn’t pay her fee instead paid you.


I got fooled by things, wrong promises made. Attaching the chats.


Please help me with my financial condition by refunding my amount that was of no use at all with all your wrong policies and talks...


Looking forward to a positive reply.. now when I am asking for refund they are moving me like a dice from here to there..
