I bought a Fitness Cycle from Cult and I should say the worst customer service ever.
The produt was delivered with missing Led Display and broken bracket. When I tried to contact there was no response from the staff. Customer Care said we cannot do anything, someone will call you. The worst part is their contact number work only after 11 AM.
Their staff had to personally come and inspect the product to confirm the LED display was missing and bracket broken inspite of sending the pictures. All the parts were rusted, not sure who inspects the product when it being shipped to the customer. All this another 72 hours.
So to cut the story shot I asked for a refund and they come back after 48 hours telling no refund only replacement. I am still waiting for the replacement. product which could take another 4 days. It is more then 48 hours and all they say is allow us some time and gave me the tracking numner.
This is called customer service.
So if you are thinking of buying a product from the website beware think twice.
