Actually, this center(Belthur Goldenfin) operates only from 5am to 7am due to some dispute these guys have with School authorities(NPS) where this entire setup is done. I do understand about unplanned/unexpected things coming on way but not informing customers and still taking new admissions is not correct.
Consider if your app doesnt have a provision to inform while new admission but isnt its your duty to inform post-admission and giving customer option to back out if they are not comfortable with the center operations?
Just to maintain your montly sales you are keeping customer unaware of these details and after enquiring its said that money is not refundable.
The role of support team is just closing the ticket without any response.
