I purchased a cultfit membership recently. Was offered rs. 2, 000 worth PUMA vouchers.when I went to the showroom I was informed as per cultfit policy I have to make 4 different orders with a maximum voucher amount of rs.500 each. also, later cultfit informed me no online purchases .now the catch is starting price for any item in a store is rs. 1500 and in online it is rs. 500 and the option given to us is only Store purchases. Which basically meant, if I have to redeem rs 2, 000 vouchers, I have to purchase minimum of rs.6, 000. this basically meant cultfit only wants to cross sell rather than having any intention of giving the voucher.this is the first time iam seeing a condition like this on a voucher.utterly shameful practice really. The star rating given by me is for this sales practice.
