Then you have to choose the gym closest to your home location and reach 10 minutes before the class. They register your fingerprint and measure your weight and height which reflects in your app. You can book classes using the application. After booking classes, you have to place your fingerprint on the scanner and Mark your attendance before entering the class. You can do as many classes as you wish. The gym is very clean and hygienic. There are many types of workout like Strength and conditioning ( S& C) , HRX Workout, HIIT, Boxing, Dance Fitness, Prowl and Yoga by mind.fit. The trainers are amazing and they help you a lot in reaching your target. Every week you can scan your fingerprint and check your weight at the gym and it reflects in your app which also shows your BMI and body fat. The app provides many other things as well such as food and cult.fit clothes and gym equipments. They also provide puma vouchers and other things on purchase of membership. They also provide fitcash everyday( which can be used to buy clothes and food from the app or to purchase another membership) and they click a picture after every class which shows in the application.
