Worst experience at your Rajajinagar, bengaluru brnach that is near Stories metro. I enter the HIIT class exactly at 9:05 with a couple of more people. The door is wide open. As soon as I take my place and start doing the warm up my shoes give me a problem. I try to sort that out when suddenly the trainer comes and asks me to leave the class. I see the time. It is 9:05:30 now! So I was clearly not late. I explain this to the store manager who does not listen to me and says while he was physically present on floor, he was mentally somewhere else so he cannot comment on this. To make this worse he starts commenting on my professional qualifications and things I should understand if I were a manager. Now first, let me not even go into my professional and educational qualification because clearly I would not have been paying you guys such hefty amounts had I not been what I am. Second he starts comparing all customers to trainees in office and how when the trainer decides to punish one of the trainees the company only follows what the trainer says( Clearly he gives a damn to customer satisfaction! Infact he forgets who his customer actually is!) I ask him if I was late why wasnt the door not closed(something that happens in all good cult centers I have been to). He says the handle is broken . Though the door did close after the trainer took me out! Clearly I am not having the best customer experience I am supposed to have. Please understand that we go there to workout. Add to that the stress of being on time, taking into account traffic and managing our work deadlines. If after doing all of it I still have to encounter such poor trainers and store managers, I would rather choose to go to a high end gym(at the same price ofcourse) where I know I can atleast do my workuts minus all other random bullshit! I now see why every other day people are selling their cult memberships. Add to that, the dirty wet washrooms at Cult Rajajinagar, just one hook in every washroom to hang all ur clothes! Only 1 washroom when you have so many females attending classes every hour. 0 changing rooms. Even my last employer who gave me free gym facilities ensured that these hygiene factors are met. Clearly we are wasting our time, effort and energy at cure.fit. PS:- I never skipped gym in my last city not even sundays but thanks to your not so customer centric product you do not meet a customers heath requirement! Its just a fad that will pass away soon!
