Though Cvent has a Marketing Research team but just don’t go by name....First of all they are just a copy paste team.. Secondly if you lick there back of your seniors than only you can get promotion or rewards.
Last promotions and rewards were just the showcase of back licking, can you believe all the team leads(who never works) got promoted to the next level which they don’t deserve. Though some people got promoted within a year and just because they asked for promotion they got promotion. honestly there is no parameters for recognizing good people.
People are requested to save themselves to be the part of IRCEL, CSN or Biz Dev... you will be trouble if you join these teams.
most of the good people left the organisation who were actually the people worked in event. No, its neither Karan Saxena or that stupid Sudhir Kumar... and there are still people with same category exists in cvent.. but u cant do anything to them unless u are ready to lick their back.
Would be though for you to find job outside if you start your career with cvent and that with marketing team. Beware of so called asst. managers in the team.
