CVS MOTORS - craziest service center

One of the craziest service centre I have never seen before in my life, I doubt whether do they get trained technicians or some road side rogues(including their Service Manager Mr. Arumugam). I URGE RE customers from Bangalore never ever to visit these guys. if you visit them for your bike service then be assured that they will make sure you visit them again within a week of time with a different problem.


They will never listen to customer complaints by chance if they listen to you then for sure they will never address your issues.


Here is my story with them for last one year wherein I have visited their service centre  not lesser than 15 time right from the day I got my bike from them.


After a great struggle with them I got my bike on 9th March 2014 by paying full cash including the accessories which I bought from them, never the less I did not get for what I paid. Though I got back my money after 2 months of follow up with them for refund.


Within 2 days of time I found engine tapping noise when enquired they said it will be fixed during the first service which was due on 8th April. Which is not been addressed even today.


Even on till completion of my warranty I kept complaining about the tapping sound issue but  every time they used to give me an entirely different stories, hence I thought of getting this addressed by a street side technicians than relying on these brain dead idiots.


Apart from this right from my 3rd services I have been complaint about the rare wheel bend for which I have already been charged twice, till today which is not been addressed nor repaired, because of these idiots I was about to lose my life where the complete brake failed and I landed up coughing up another Rs. 500 to SOB’s of CVS motors.


The intend of this mail is awake all the RE consumers against the phatic service rendered by RE. for sure they will lose the market if their service is not up quality standard and also I would request RE corporate to have a periodical audit with these sort of service centre and cancel their dealership if don’t meet up with the standards.


FINALLY I REQUEST ALL THE ROYAL ENFIELD CUSTOMERS TO AVOID GOING TO CVS MOTORS.
