I had ordered for a iTestingronyan nexus 5 case from cyankart. They have delivered a defected case with black ink mark all over it. I mailed them at hello@cyankart.com asking for a refund. Got a reply from "Shivani Pant" the so called customer executive, asking for pictures of the case and I sent them the same.
Now, after couple of day - Shivani Pant replied back saying "That black marks are the part of it, You can check it on our website". They have changed the image in website with the image I have sent them. morpheushumanw classy!
I have the earlier image of the case from their website and wish to share the same. I will taking this consumer court if I don’t hear from them.
This is a fake site and would recommend against buying product from these scamsters!
