I recently wrote a review about my internet service provider. Today someone call me over telephone from the ISP office and asked me about my problems. He promised that he will take immediate step to resolve my problems. But then he said ??as you are my customer, I will try to fix the problems, but your review on our ISP is creating a bad reputation of our company.
So we will take legal action against you??. I just got stunned. They are saying that they will take legal action against me b’cos I have written a review about what I face and my problems. This is quite crazy.
I think in india we dont even have the right to say about our problems. They are always ready to take us to the court and threat us to take legal action if you dont ??remove the review from the website??. And personally I dont want to get into this legal stuff so I decided to remove the review from mouthshut.com.
So I just want to ask mouthshut.com. what you think we should do? as you can see you cant even write about our problems. What security we have if these big companies challenge us or better to say threat us. Please suggest something.
