Great exercise !!!

This is a good exercise to burn calories as well as build muscles , specially the leg muscles-calf muscles as well as thigh muscles.


it also builds ur stamina in a big way.and the effect can also be seen on the stomach.fat is reduced and muscles are tightened.


and of course cycling is a good, pollution free way of transport and has the added advantage of fun to it.


so , take out ur cycles and start today.
