Not a bad one

Since last two years I am using the external one. No problem. Price is reasonable. Telephone connection should be good. See to it that telephone adapter at home is also good.

In between I have also used some costly imported one but not lucky to have good performance.

Modem can not be only blamed. Telephone lines, ISP providers are also equally responsible for bad performance. One should also install right driver. Selected drivers of Rockwell give good performance.

Performance of a external modem is always better than internal one - this is my personal experience. Cable connecting the modem and adapter should be good too.

In short we have evaluate the whole system. For example - I have two connections. One from VSNL and other one is from BSNL. At Roha, from BSNL I get speed of about 48Kbps and speed is only 28 Kbps in case of VSNL. So check your system before changing your modem.

As of today, I write better but I must acknowledge the efforts taken by some members to help me to write better.

This is a very short review with minimum information.

Thanks for reading the review.
