About D Link India:
D Link is a multinational company who is famous for selling electronics and computer perpherals. In India the most popular product selling is of Modem routers. Various kinds of modems and routers are available which are appreciable in price and quality.
There fore I decided to buy a D link router for my house. But what I experienced was shocking!
Experience:
I brought D Link router 2750U last year, which was working finely but after that accident things got revoked.
That night I forgot to turn off my router and the whole night router was on due to which the internal circuits got damaged. I lodged a complaint against them because this things are covered under warranty.
They took almost two weeks to reply for my e-mail. What they wrote is we cant help because it was an accident and not due to any defects in product.
But this thing comes under warranty if its some other company’s router. So its a total loss of mine because D Link cheated me saying no defective piece.
I am not satisfied with their after sale service and would not recommend it to anyone. Instead one can go to TP Link.
