One of the stupidest thing I have see till date. They have a counter at the end saying "Basket and less than 15 items only". I had only 5 items and I stood in that queue .Since they were heavy I used a trolley . The guy who was billing told me only basket .I argued with him saying see I have only 5 items and look at others standing here they have more than 15 items in their basket which will take time for you to bill. He immediately called floor manager who was another guy with no logic . He was telling read the board it’s basket. I said dude I have no problem but look at my things only 5 but a bit bigger. He was shouting saying we don’t care, importance is for the word basket. I asked seriously?i thought this is like an express payment like in any other supermarket. Floor manager said I am the floor manager and I tell you what it means. I had to carry all things in hand and walk out . And all the billing guys had a sarcastic smile too . Thanks to floor manager
