I booked a Thailand trip (23 Feb, 2011) with dpauls and it was a real good experience. The hotels as promised were nice, all our requests to the local operator were duly accommodated. Immediately, after landing, we were asked to go on the temple tour and our request to delay it for 3-4 hours (to freshen up) was accommodated. Tour guides were nice, pattaya tour was good - got 3 hrs. on beach. One important thing - we booked to tour on 22 Feb 2011 - just 1 day in advance.
I’m in touch with them to fly again probably this month (23 June 2012) and all seems to be well. Shall check all reviews to make sure what has changed since my last trip.
