We booked our tour to Thailand through them first we were three people and then after two days my two more friends decided to join, I called Mr. Ruvin who had booked our tour he said no problem you will get two extra seats that was on Saturday, I asked him if its confirmed he said yes its confirmed and then I asked should I pay online right now as it was evening he said you can deposit on Monday morning that is not a problem. When I called him on Monday morning he said you will have to pay rs 2000 extra per person for those two seats as fares have changed, there was no change in their website.
they were behaving like third class road side company, when I talked to his senior he said have you any written mail regarding this. I asked him have I done wrong by trusting his executive, he didnt listen and we paid extra.the hotels were supposed to be three star but were pathetic believe you will find good rooms in any dharamshala in India.
It was obvious that Dpauls had sold us cheap hotels for a hefty commission.when we reached pattaya hotel nobody came to meet us, next day we were supposed to go to coral island and cab didnt turned up.when we called customer care executive there he said we should have called in morning now nothing can be done, he was bent on proving that its our fault, then Mr Bobby the owner of agency who looks after dpauls tour came personally and then we were finally sent to coral islands.
When we came back to Bangkok after pattaya we called dpauls executive there he said he will come to meet us but no one turned up. This is third class company pathetic company and strictly advice all person to avoid this company.
