On 13.12.2013, I visited CMD of the Company. I found CMD to be very concerned about customers’ grievances. I saw the mechanism and procedures at the Company to ensure that quality product is delivered to customers.
On being satisfied that the Company is taking all steps for delivery of quality product and redressal of its customers’ grievances, I hereby withdraw my Review dated 10.12.2013.
