Very bad experience from booking of my trip and turn into a nightmare after my visa for Australia get rejected. received only one call saying your visa is being rejected. No call from company side regarding refund or if you want to go somewhere else. Representatives of the company not picked the phone and when picked they just say I will arrange a call back from my senior. No call received and than all of a sudden after 15 days of visa rejection I received a mail saying rs 50000 will be charged for cancellation.
Still in the hope that I might be offered some other package I called the company representatives she give me no of her senior I explained him whole situation and he said I will arrange a call for Dubai package than after 3-4 days of negotiation I wondered that the person was not aware about cancellation on account of visa refusal. he advised me to talk to senior again and to my utter surprise senior told me that 50000 is already cancelled and whatever package you choose you have to pay afresh from remaining amount.
I try to remind him that he had said that if I choose another package than the cancellation would be the cost incurred by the company that is cancellation of ticket+ visa charges of the embassy but now he changes his own statement.
Very disappointed from the company and get the impression that company is interested only in booking of package and once the package is booked no follow up no assistance only you have to take care of your booking there only aim is 20000 they receive from either cancellation or by way of gain from package.
