This is my testimony. We went to Singapore (with cruise) this week.Our first package with the D Pauls was the last one.Main problem is that they give you no contact numbers for help, ask you to get ready at so and so time but their bus is always late.If you get late, they leave you.If someone is ill their bus won’t wait.They gave us dinner coupons for 50 s.dollar and one day we went to eat on our own, we paid just 15 dollar.
We returned from cruise terminal at 6pm and checked in hotel at 6:30 due to long queue.Itinerary required us to get ready by 6 for night safari .We reached our room and quickly got into lobby and came to know that coach driver left us.They don’t tell you where to shop, who would be there to assist you, they give no time to shop.
Cruise took us to Phuket and Langkawi and there was no-one to assist us, we took our own transport at our own expense, there was no guidance from their side, we were alone in Thailand.
People may find their package cheaper but they leave all responsibility on you.They just do the job of booking your tickets.
I strongly suggest everyone to avoid taking their packages.Instead for enjoy and safety you must pay a bit more to make costly trips memorable rather than hectic, unhealthy.
