I am a resident of Queens Town, Near Chinchwad Railway station. One month back this service provider entered the society with great promises that the backbone connectivity is through Microwave. During the month at least 6 times the connection gone.
My franchisee is chasing for restoration. When I dropped a complaint thro’ app, the useless service provider is just closing the fault docket without contacting me or inquire about the quality of service. Very pathetic and bad service. I will not recommend this service provider for any society.
