This ISP is available across the country and claims to be a major provider in Navi Mumbai area.
Their installation process is pretty quick, they will give you a working connection in 60 minutes of your call. But, the trouble starts after that -
1- Their support team will never answer your call. They even switch-off their cellphones.
2- Support staff is incompetent, they hardly know how to setup things or troubleshoot any issues. If you request them for setting up a wireless router - they call a guy and charge you Rs. 300 for that.
3- They forced me buy new router - saying the problem is with the router.
4- They shut down their office anytime - so its tough getting them.
5- They claim to have 25 service outlets in Airoli. But do not provide service.
6- They have kids working as lineman for them - Child labour.
7- Call their custmer care number - only if you have nothing else to do on earth - because - their executives are always busy and the on hold tone plays forever and ever.
If you stay in AIROLI, VASHI, GHANSOLI , KOPARKHAIRNE, KHARGHAR, BELAPUR , NERUL, PANVEL or anywhere in NAVI MUMBAI (New Bombay)
Please do not buy SSV internet. Else you’ll end-up collecting junk routers and get frustrated of internet.
