-I have been using ION since about 5 months and believe me while the rates compared to other ISPs is less their service is worst I have ever seen from any broadband providers.
-Don’t be fooled by thier 24/7 customer support. First of all you will have a very hard time connecting to one of the customer support agents. By any luck if you manage to connect with them they will take your complaint, resgister it and that’s it! No actions after that. They are least bothered about their customers
-At the time of writing we had a power surge due to heavy lightening and because of that all provider’s switches including hathway were damaged in our society. All providers managed to replace the damaged product within 1 day and no surprises our SSV ion has still not replaced it and it’s now 4 days and counting. Could you imagine no internet for 4 freaking days!
I’d advise you to stay away from this piece of garbage provider and opt for more established ones like 5 net or hathway even if it means paying a little extra.
